Happy Friday! I can’t believe how fast this first week of November has flown by (nevermind this entire year!). I take it as a glimpse of grace or a little pep talk to say, “Embrace the season, girl!” And so here are my favorite things from another beautiful week:
1. Dance, Stand, Run
Dance in grace. Stand on holy ground. Run on mission. This is a message that every daughter of God needs to hear and I’m thankful Jess Connolly wrote it. In her new book, she calls us up to abundant life in Jesus. With a message of grace + holiness, she reminds us that abundance isn’t found in one or the other but in the miraculous harmony of both. And as if reading this book with a launch team of 1500 women wasn’t amazing enough, listening to Jess speak these words via Audible has blessed me beyond belief. I highly recommend grabbing it for you + a dear friend here!
2. Peace By Piece
Jess and Sandra are two amazing sisters-in-law who founded the nonprofit organization Peace By Piece – a GTA-based autism development & sensory centre that will provide a therapeutic and learning environment for children with autism and their families. Literally a piece of their hearts, it was created out of both inspiration and necessity in their lives as moms whose children are on the autism spectrum. They recently captured their vision, mission, and story on film… friends, it is a must-watch! God is doing mighty work through them! Please watch the video below and head to their website to find out how you can contribute to Peace By Piece!
3. How Your Children Can Help Build Your Business
Entrepreneurial mamas, this blog post is for you! Christy Wright writes about how working alongside her mom is what shaped her into the woman she is today. I really enjoyed her post and her age-appropriate ideas for how our kids can be our little business helpers! We’re in a great position to lead by example and show our kiddos what hard work really looks like.
That’s all for this week + I hope you enjoy! If there’s something you’re loving lately, please share in the comments below. 🙂
Lots of love,
